Job Description
- Provide high-level consulting to clients and internal resources as needed
- Maintain expert knowledge of current technologies, their implementation and use
- Act as a high-level resource as needed for projects, both in a remote and onsite capacity.
- Participate in on-call rotation schedule
- Mentor junior staff both informally and formally
- Maintain awareness of client needs and opportunities to expand services supplied
- Obtain certifications as needed for the company and/or specific opportunities.
- Act as project lead and manager for planning, implementation and follow-up of all client projects
- Help develop project processes, specifically regarding the planning, implementation and follow-up and follow up phases.
