Hybrid schedule, 3 days in office Tue, Wed, Thu.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities :Facilitate technology and operations projects from start to finish, including gathering/documenting requirements, communicating with development team, and overseeing/assisting with testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenanceProvide project management support to plan, track, and report project status to various key stakeholdersWork with project participants to develop and maintain project schedule, identify and track milestonesIdentify and track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across the project work streamsUpdate Project tracking systems with resources, milestones, etc.Aggregate work stream status information into project level reporting for project leadership, committees and work streamsEnsure project reporting and presentation deliverables meet required quality standardsCoordinate meetings and capture meeting minutes, action items etc.Create and deliver presentations on the project as requiredDevelop and maintain a Communications Plan and keep key stakeholders appraised of project plans and related implicationsManage the project change control processMinimum Qualifications and RequirementsBasic Qualifications:5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the investment/asset management vertical5 years of business requirements experience3 years of Agile & Scrum project management methodologiesBachelor's degree or 5 years project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience managing techinical projects on relevant investment application platforms highly preferredExperience with Jira and ConfluenceProficient with Microsoft Office Suite of productsAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, key decision makers and senior management across the organizationAbility to work independently and drive projects, timelines, risksSelf-starter, can work in ambiguous environment and ever-changing timelineProven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, in an ever-changing business climateMust have and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communicationHighly detailed, structured and organizedActual salary will depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, market and work location.
