How you make a difference
The Senior Operations Director oversees personnel management, client management, clinical quality
management and operations management for the facilities within their region, ensuring the delivery of high
-
quality clinical care to patients and meeting commitments to stakeholders. They provide guidance and
support to Regional Managers and HSAs, collabora
te with corporate functions, and act as a conduit for
information sharing between the field and corporate office. The Director also ensures clinical staff are trained
and supported in delivering care and provides key performance information to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the contract, including clinical and financial performance, personnel
management, and client relationship management
Collaborate with Regional Administrators, corporate leadership, and other departments to ensure
program success
and compliance with contract requirements
Monitor adherence to contract and policies and procedures, and identify and share best practices with
staff
Manage key operating metrics, including staffing, supply, pharmacy, and staff retention, and authorize equipment purchases as needed
Coordinate with corporate vendor services and network development to secure local vendors and contractors, and troubleshoot issues when compliance and quality issues aris
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or other health related field.
Masters Degree preferred.
Experience:
Five (5) years of experience in delivery and administration of correctional medical, dental, and mental health care preferred
Five (5) years administrative, management and supervisory experience
Organizational experience in operations and planning
Multi-site management experience required.
Licenses/Certifications:
None required.
