Bachelors' Degree and 5 years of experience in construction management or related discipline
Experience with ground up, warehouse, distribution center, storage facility, or manufacturing facilities highly preferred
Experience with construction related software including MS Suite, Primavera, Procore, Bluebeam etc
Experience working with owners, architects, field team and subcontractors
Responsible for project budget, schedule, and overall delivery
