* Meet or exceed sales and profit goals established in fiscal annual forecast, budget and goals
* Develop and maintain relationships within assigned region with an expectation of 60% of time being spent on the road
* Provide expert level sales, customer service and technical knowledge to customers for hydraulic attachments
* Maintain customer contact information in CRM and generate reports/orders/shipments as required
* Keep management appraised detailing items such as sales opportunities, project opportunities, sales forecasts by product group, customer activity, customer complaints, on-going business, competitive activity, industry standards, market dynamics, changing customer practices, technology changes and trends
* Complies with Quality Management System requirements of the Company
* Remain abreast of competition and evolving opportunities for new products and services
* Clearly articulates company vision for business to customers
* Other duties as assigned
* Application knowledge of material handling forklift products and their markets
* 5-7 years sales/technical sales and support experience with hydraulic and/or electronic industrial forklift attachments
* 8-10 years of work experience
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and on a team
* Experience with Microsoft products
* Experience tracking sales efforts in CRM (SalesForce)
* Degree in Technical Field or equivalent experience
* Experience with Global Shop or similar ERP system
