The Personal Lines Agents essential functions include:
Writing new personal lines policies
Specific service and marketing responsibilities
Aiding clients with service needs and making changes to existing accounts
Meeting service and sales delivery standards
Process new and renewal business
Must have a solid understanding of insurance terms and coverages
REQUIREMENTS
PMA -positive mental attitude
Problem solver able to think outside the box
Strong oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented
Intermediate Microsoft Office user Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
Experience working with an agency management system (HawkSoft a plus)
Able to work in apaperless environment
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus minimum 3 years of related experience in with Personal Lines Insurance in either an agency environment or with an insurance carrier
Valid 2-20 license or 2044 required
