Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join their team. This is afull-time, permanentposition.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist and create investment proposals for advisors.
Compose the necessary information and help guide clients in opening new investment accounts.
Collaborate and assist clients and potential clients with fund investment accounts, existing brokerage accounts, and advisory investment accounts.
Assist in maintaining proper compliance with all client accounts.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a related field required
Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License for NYS preferred
FINRA Series SIE, 7, and 63 Or Similar Licensure Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Hours & Benefits:
Monday Friday, 8-5
