AGC of Colorado Building Contractor's Health Trust Executive Director Englewood, CO 80110 Contractors Health Trust (CHT), a Trust established in 1968 by Colorado Contractors Association (CCA) and the Associated General Contractors of Colorado (AGC) for the purpose of providing health insurance benefits to non-bargaining employers in the state of Colorado is conducting a search for a new Executive Director. Contractors Health Trust partners with medical and pharmacy vendors to offer comprehensive benefits to both Hourly and Monthly employees. CHT also offers optional dental and vision benefits. CHT has our own proprietary payment and eligibility system. We also provide and administer COBRA benefits. CHT is supported by consultants who provide actuarial, business, and investment advice. The candidate whould be familiar with the Colorado construction industry, as well as have a general knowledge of health insurance benefits. The Executive Director reports to a Board of Trustees that are selected from participation CCA and AGC employers. Well-Versed in Healthcare / Employee Benefits (Medical, Rx, Dental, Vision, etc.) Assists in Developing/Implementing Strategic Goals Understanding of the Risks (fiduciary, cyber, etc.) Associated with a Health Trust Legal Consultant Investment Consultant Software Consultant Broker Network Provider Management Medical Provider Pharmacy Provider Dental Provider Vision Provider Stop Loss Provider Cyber Risk Provider Fiduciary Liability Provider Develop Operational Budgets Prepare Internal Financial Statements Analyze Revenue and Cost History Trends Provide Overview of Vendor Reporting Packages Payment/Eligibility System Verify Monthly Payments Assess and Review Late Fees Prepare Monthly Hour Bank Adjustment Oversee Eligibility Concerns Requirements Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) Statistics Accounting General Knowledge of Employee Benefits The salary range for this position is $95,000-$135,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
