BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Director on the Fraud Business Analytics Team, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the business systems analytics function for Fraud. This role is responsible for developing fraud analytics strategy and implementing in fraud execution and monitoring systems. This position acts as major liaison with other departments to identify if the business system meets the enterprise's needs.
What Our Director, Business Analysis Enjoys Most

• Direct initiatives to analyze complex fraud problems and build models, rules, evaluate and integrate external data / vendors as needed. Build a robust monitoring system to identify emerging trends as well as ongoing performance of existing system to identify and implement incremental strategies swiftly.
• Direct the activities of a team that provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing fraud systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
• Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. Also, direct multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations based on company systems' needs, in collaboration with other teams like product, marketing, operations, technology.
• Responsible for the communication strategies and making presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives to the senior leadership. Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting plans for implementing business systems.

We’re a fast-paced, rigorous team that prides itself on our ability to stop bad actors with a quick response time. The primary focus of the role will be to lead a team of Fraud Analysts and to develop fraud systems and procedures.
Required Qualifications WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Experience : 7 Years of Business Systems or IT-related experience with 5 years of management experience
Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Technical skills : Strong analytical skills to proactively spot trends, create relevant reporting and identify issues.
Skills : Proven leadership over customer facing and back-office teams. Familiarity with FCRA and other regulatory requirements (such as TCPA) that govern practices. Experience managing vendor delivered services.
Abilities : Ability to communicate complex issues with fluidity, both written and oral.
Travel Ability : Some travel required.
Preferred Qualifications Background/education in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field
Knowledge and experience related to cable/wireless industry billers and credit practices preferred. Knowledge and experience in credit management techniques desirable.
Master’s Degree preferred.
