We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive specializing in Commercial HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales skills, technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with commercial clients. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their HVAC needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the commercial HVAC market.

salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial sector who require HVAC services or solutions.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their current and future HVAC needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' facilities to determine HVAC requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and technicians, to develop customized HVAC solutions that meet clients' specifications and budgetary constraints.

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in HVAC technology to effectively advise clients and maintain a competitive edge.
