An Apartment Property Management Company is looking to expand their dynamic Management team with an experienced Leasing Consultant.
- Seeking candidate with current working knowledge of both Tax Credit and Section 8 housing.
- Bilingual candidate (English / Spanish) is highly desired
- Proficiency with software including Yardi, Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks appropriately prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
- Professional presentation and work well individually as well as with the property team.
- Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and insurance will be required for roving.
