Careerbuilder US is Hiring an Apartment maintenance Near Buffalo, NY
We are seeking a Maintenance Tech to become a part of our team in Buffalo! You will perform necessary work to make apartments move-in ready and work orders.
The property is approx 200 unit affordable housing building and is looking to hire an All-around Handyman or experienced Technician ASAP!
8am - 5pm Mon-Fri
$20-22 / hour
Responsibilities :
- Light Plumbing (leaky faucets, snaking drains, installing new toilets, caulking)
- Light Electrical (changing fixtures, switches)
- Painting
- Drywall Patching
- Clean Up
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
