We are currently seeking a skilled / experienced Maintenance Technicians for an ongoing Monday - Friday opportunity in La Plata, MD.

Hours are 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Monday - Friday weekly.

Maintenance technician will be responsible for completing tickets, turning vacant units and other required tasks and must have their own hand tools and drill.

Attendance is important and the manager is looking for technicians who are skilled, and ready to be hired permanently.

Responsibilities :

• Strong experience in the following tasks :
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Carpentry
• Appliances
• Using skills and knowledge to apply great attention to detail while also remaining productive and results-driven
• Technician should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for completed job
• Report missing / needed parts to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager (as instructed)

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels or private homes
• Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to site daily; do not leave at property
• Ability to handle physical workload
