**Overview:**As an HR/Payroll Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources and payroll functions of our organization. You will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the HR department.**Responsibilities:**1. **Payroll Management:** - Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. - Calculate wages, deductions, and withholdings, including taxes and benefits. - Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies or issues.2. **Employee Records Maintenance:** - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment. - Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data in compliance with privacy regulations. - Prepare and distribute employment-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and termination notices.3. **Benefits Administration:** - Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations. - Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefit programs and options. - Coordinate with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure accurate billing and administration.4. **HR Administration:** - Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, organizing training sessions, and maintaining HR files and documents. - Assist with recruitment efforts, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. - Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.5. **Compliance and Reporting:** - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. - Prepare and submit payroll tax reports and other required filings in a timely manner. - Generate and distribute HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and compliance efforts.**Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2 years of experience in payroll administration and/or HR coordination.- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and benefits administration.- Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, BambooHR).- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.Equal Opportunity Employer
