Director of Patient Care Services Job ResponsibilitiesThe DPCS is responsible for the management of the agency’s clinical operations, personnel performance, and delivery of quality clinical servicesAssures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as accreditation standards and assists the Executive Director (ED) in achieving budget goals. Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program and the relevant requirements including the Code of Conduct, Documentation Compliance, and HIPAA.QualificationsDirector of Patient Care Services Job QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher, preferred, in nursing or other health related fieldRegistered nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the stateMinimum three years’ experience, within the last five years, in a home health agency with at least one year of which was in a supervisory or administrative roleCurrent CPR certificationPrior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferredMust be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with stateand/or organization requirements and is in good working order
