Career Strategies is hiring a HVAC Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in the Columbia, TN area.

Apartment Maintenance Technician responsible for property maintenance: Curb appeal, service requests, apartment turnovers, preventative maintenance, and relations with associates, contractors, and team members.

A minimum of 6 months maintenance technician experience is required along with:

• EPA Certification (HVAC)
• Experience with maintenance tools and equipment
• Repair maintenance
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Appliance Repair
• Painting and Dry Wall Repair
• Seasonal maintenance
• Health and safety maintenance
• Install locks
• Access to personal hand tools power drill
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented

As a Maintenance Technician you will be working directly with the Maintenance Supervisor and the Property Manager.
