Career Solutions is Hiring an Electrical Maintenance Technician - Night Shift Near Le Center, MN

Looking for a night shift job near Montgomery, MN? Bring your maintenance skills to this growing team! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading food production company in Le Center, MN. We are seeking candidates for an Electrical Maintenance Technician role on 3rd shift 11:30pm-7:30am, Sunday-Thursday). This role will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery in a dynamic food production setting. Compensation for this direct hire position is $30.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do as the Electrical Maintenance Technician:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to maintain uninterrupted production.
  • Perform emergency and routine repairs as part of preventative maintenance as needed.
  • Complete maintenance reports before the end of each shift for a seamless transition to leads.
  • Train production employees in minor troubleshooting of the line equipment.
  • Update logs and reports on repairs completed.
  • Work alongside, supervisors, set up, and sanitation teams to assemble lines.

What you'll bring to the Electrical Maintenance Technician role:

  • Technical education or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft Platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of safety rules, SOPs, and work instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team setting as needed.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance with flexibility to train production team. #LeCenterJobs
