MUST REPORT TO OFFICE FULL TIME MON-THURS, 9am-5:30pm, FRI, 9am-4pm EVERY WEEK!
Responsibilities:
- Process and post customer payments to appropriate accounts
- Prepare and send out invoices to customers
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies or billing issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Previous experience in A/R in R/E and/or Property Management highly valued
- Familiarity with financial concepts and principles
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent math and analytical skills for reconciling accounts
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $55,000.00 per year
