Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm
• 3rd Shift: 10pm-6pm

STARTING Compensation:

• $19-$22 (Based on Experience)

• Additional $1 raise after 90 days

Responsibilities:

• Load parts on conveyer.
• Part automatically goes through furnace completing a 3 step heat treat process.
• Document time steps of the 3 step heat treating process in computer system.
• Unload parts once complete.
• Send samples to quality lab for inspection.
• Note any damaged, defective, or suspect to parts.
• Understand and operate the furnace throughout the different phases of operation: start-up, during operation, emergency responses, furnace re-starts after power outages, and shutdown operations and the impact upon the product or parts in response to furnace anomalies.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous heat treating/furnace operating experience.
• Must possess significant written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Must possess the ability to understand necessary processing details in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
