Skilled Maintenance
A local Erie College is looking for a skilled maintenance person to work a Monday through Friday first shift schedule. The ideal candidate for this role will have prior facilities maintenance experience. This position requires all employees to be COVID Vaccinated. Responsibilities
- General maintenance:
- Painting, electric, masonry, plumbing, heating, etc
- Coordinating projects with the administration
- Guide other maintenance staff
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Process documentation as necessary
- Order supplies when needed
- Resolve safety concerns
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Facilities maintenance experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Benefits/Compensation
- Pay rate is $18-$22 per hour
- Full Time
- 1st Shift Monday through Friday
- Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts.
- Benefits while employed through Career Concepts
- Temp-To-Hire
