The Senior Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The Developer will lead the development of scalable, innovative, and user-friendly applications to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in architecting and implementing complex solutions while integrating seamlessly with Microsoft 365 features, Azure services, and third-party applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user-friendly custom applications using Power Apps, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Develop and implement scalable solutions that leverage Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Design and create visually compelling and insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Utilize Power BI's capabilities to transform raw data into meaningful and actionable insights.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online and Teams to create cohesive and streamlined workflows.
• Leverage Dataverse capabilities for data modeling, creating relationships, and implementing complex business logic within Power Platform solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with third-party applications and enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and interoperability.
• Develop and configure custom connectors to facilitate communication and data exchange between Power Platform solutions and external systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful integration with custom enterprise solutions.
• Conduct regular reviews of existing solutions to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and refine solution designs.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions, identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
• Implement best practices to ensure the scalability and efficiency of applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design specifications, deployment guides, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience as a Power Platform Developer, with a focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• In-depth knowledge of Power Platform architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Power Platform solutions.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling and transformation using Power BI.
• Strong expertise in Dataverse, including data modeling, building business logic, and ensuring data integrity within Power Platform solutions.
• Expertise in integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, Azure, and third-party applications.
• Proficiency in developing custom connectors for integrating Power Platform with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or similar certifications are highly desirable.
