We are seeking a qualified and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and meeting project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily landscaping activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Implement and adhere to landscape designs, ensuring accuracy and precision in execution.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and lead a team of landscape technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely project completion.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the landscaping team.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor the quality of work and ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
• Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Equipment and Material Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of landscaping equipment.
• Manage inventory and procurement of materials required for projects, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
• Client Communication:
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide regular project updates, address any concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Sales and Marketing
• Source jobs through our existing client base, contact clients.
• Engage in creating proposals and estimates.
• Follow through with projects from start to invoicing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Landscape Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape designs and plans.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bi-Lingual is preferred
