Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain work schedules for the nursing department.
- Conduct interviews and assess potential nursing department candidates.
- Assist with employee orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Implement strategies to enhance staff retention.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare scheduling or staffing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- STNA License (preferred but not required).
- A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the role.
- Availability for weekend on-call rotation.
