Job Responsibilities:

Candidate must be able to provide patient personal care with gentle handling, transportation, assist

with meals, assist with ADL's and transfers, obtain vitals and other necessary documentation, maintain effective communication with nursing personnel, utilize safety measures for residents such as call lights, side rails, dry floor, etc.. Utilize universal precautions at all times

All Candidates are subject to a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Requirements:

Must possess registration by the State of Ohio or CNA Certificate

Strong communication skills

Must be able to lift over 50lbs
