General Summary:
The Area Operations Director (AOD) is accountable for the performance of CareATC Health Centers within their designated territory: California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho*. This role is responsible for managing Health Center resources, developing, and implementing operational plans and ensuring company Health Centers and services exceed service-level commitments. This role is accountable for assigned health center operations and performance to established company, client, and patient care KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Additionally, ensures the assigned facilities exceed AAAHC standards and follows CareATC established policies, procedures, and best practice standards, in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
