We are seeking a LABA or BCaBA to join our team of professionals

Description

Care Wise Behavioral Therapies is seeking a passionate and dedicated License Assistant Behavior Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. As a License Assistant Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy services to our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

Assist BCBAs in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress
Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure consistent and effective treatment
Provide feedback and support to clients and their families to promote skill development and behavior change
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting the well-being of clients
