Job Description: Registered Nurse - Cardinal Care Strategies SNF/LTC

Cardinal Care Strategies, a family-owned nursing home in Muncie, IN, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a leader in our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients in a supportive and team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient needs and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• Strong leadership and communication skills
