Clothing Production Shift Supervisor

We have a great opportunity for someone with experience in leading people in a production or warehouse setting! The successful individual will have an opportunity to succeed along with our growing organization.

We are searching for a responsible individual who can oversee the sorting, pricing and restocking of our clothing retail shop, leading and motivating the production staff working under their direct supervision. This position requires a team player who can maintain a steady pace – . Your team will consist of approximately 12 to 18 seasonal employees. You will work along with your team in the afternoon through early evening hours. You will lead by example and make sure the movement of inventory flows smoothly. This job requires the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and move up to 50 lbs multiple times an hour throughout your shift. There is an expectation on how much product will be processed each night. You will be responsible for the staff under your supervision to meet their goals. Materials handled will include clothing, shoes, and accessories, among other miscellaneous donations.

Hours will be Noon to 8 PM Monday through Thursday, and Fridays 9 AM to 5 PM. One Saturday shift a month (9-5) in lieu of Friday shift.
