The Project Associate is responsible for preparing and maintaining project documentation including project schedules, status reports, presentations, resource plans, meeting schedules, and notes. Coordinates logistics for project activities. Works under moderate supervision.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Research on project’s market conditions and trends and determine the financial impact.
Schedule and coordinate video conferences, programs and meetings.
Support development of division protocols and policies.
Strategize for contingency planning and risk mitigation and schedule project deliverables, milestones and goals.
Direct and monitor project team and group conflicts.
Offer technical feasibility feedback and coordinate weekly update meetings with implementation team and management.
Ensure central repository storage and accuracy of project documentation by maintaining project artifacts.
Organize booking resources, meetings and participant scheduling and prepare meeting materials.
Develop and manage project documents and disseminate meeting minutes.
Compile project status reports and perform quality control to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Demonstrated ownership and customer-service orientation skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or as a team member.
Participates in department staff meetings and company developmental activities as requested/required.
Other duties as assigned by QA department management.

Contact Responsibility:
Will have frequent contact with staff at all Care Resource locations and will have occasional contact with external parties, vendors, and technical support representatives as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
This work requires the following physical activities: constant sitting, hand/finger dexterity, talking in person and on the phone. Frequent stretching/reaching, stooping, walking and occasional driving, bending and standing are required. Work is mainly performed in an office setting. Attendance to community meetings is required.
Other:
Participates in agency developmental activities as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
Own transportation is required.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Project Management, Public Health, Health Services Research or related field.
Work Experience:
At least three years of related experience in project management, public health or health services research are required as well as strong data analysis skills. Experience and or training in qualitative and quantitative health services study protocols are required.
