This position is for 2 hours x 3 days/week assisting patient with ADLs.

```Duties:```
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Administer medications as prescribed by a nurse or healthcare professional.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in patient care or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of hospice care, memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for patients' privacy.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs.
