We are currently looking for a AR Specialist in our Delray Beach, FL office that shares our dedication to quality and our genuine concern for the comfort and dignity of our clients.

POSITION: Reporting to our Billing Manager, the Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and collection all the outstanding accounts receivables form clients and as well as resolving customer billing issues and reducing the balance of accounts receivables.

Job duties shall include but not be limited to:

· Monitoring accounts daily

· Identifying outstanding account receivables in multiple business units

· Investigating historical data for debts and invoice errors

· Taking action to encourage timely payments.

· Contacting insurance companies’ relevant parties via phone or email

· Issuing adjusted, corrected, and/or rebilled claims to third party payers.

· Resolving customer credit issues

· Preparing debit and credit memos

· Processing refunds due to insurance companies

· Contacting clients and discussing their overdue payments

· Updating client account status records

· Assisting with special projects for the department as requested

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field

· Ability to identify problems and communicate the issues clearly.

· Detail oriented and good follow-up

· Organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.

· Independent, self-starter and recognized ability to work in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.

· Knowledgeable with Microsoft office software

· Experience in Great Plains a plus
