The Clinical Therapist will provide outpatient psychotherapy either at The Providence Center or in the community. Perform a comprehensive psychosocial assessment on children ages 2 to 6 . Complete crisis assessments, initial assessments, and integrated summary forms. Develop and implement a plan of care with ongoing consumer input. Provide individual mental health and/or substance abuse treatment and crisis assessment. Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Canter requirements. Provide individual and family mental health and crisis assessment. Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Canter requirements. Specifications: Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and independent license required (LICSW and/or LMHC). Must have insured auto and valid driver’s license.
