Highly respected industry leader and top construction firm in the region- they specialize in building public projects with a commitment to excellence. Focusing on fostering positive relationships with owners, architects, and engineers, they deliver successful projects while maintaining strict adherence to ethics and compliance standards.

Description

  1. Lead, oversee, and manage the project team to achieve successful project completion, prioritizing strategic direction with a robust emphasis on financial and operational goals, while also nurturing favorable relationships with owners and labor.
  2. Serve as the primary liaison for owners, architects, and engineers.
  3. Work closely with the on-site Superintendent to ensure alignment with owner expectations.
  4. Develop and implement detailed project work schedules, identifying critical paths for achieving project success.
  5. Uphold stringent adherence to ethics and compliance standards.

Profile

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in engineering, construction management or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within construction.
  • Previous involvement in construction projects valued between $15 million to $30 million.
  • Thorough understanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, construction methodologies, materials, survey techniques, and overall construction planning and cost management.
  • Ability to implement Lean construction principles.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety - OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
