SNF Management Company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Regional Financial Consultant for the South/East Texas area. Long Term Care experience in the Business Office is required, overnight travel and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance billing.

Provides extensive consultation and assistance to a group of facilities within an area of responsibility. Assists with facilities in recruiting, interviewing, orienting and training Facility Controllers. Consults with Regional Directors and Administrators on financial systems and management.

Provides assistance to all assigned facilities on a consistent and timely basis. Advises Administrators and Facility Controllers on routine financial issues. Recommends actions on reimbursement and maximization process. Initiates financial analytical work and follow-up at the request of the Regional Director or the Vice President for Financial Management.

Reviews adherence to company financial systems. Ensures corrective action is taken on issues regarding credit and collections and managing accounts receivable. Conducts routine basic accounting reviews. Conducts census and patient trust fund reconciliation. Assists Facility Controller with credits and collections.
