**Job Summary:**
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). As a PCA, you will be responsible for providing daily assistance to clients who need support with personal tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a PCA or willingness to obtain certification
• Good communication skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting

**Responsibilities:**

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help clients with mobility issues and provide assistance with physical therapy exercises
• Support clients with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Document care provided and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor

**Additional Requirements:**

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
• Prior experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is a plus
