REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be a pediatrics Physical or Occupational Therapist with at least 7 years of experience.
2. Managed a group of 10 staff therapists team for 2 years experience in outpatient rehabilitation
3. Managed Team of 8 plus full-time staff therapists in pediatrics dept. (STs, OTs, PTs)

Salary & Perks: 

• Up to $ 120K inclusive bonus. 
• Up to $ 10,000 relocation or sign on bonus or all certification with 36 months term
• 4 weeks of PTO inclusive holiday.
• Only 60% Patient care time.

Physical or Occupational Therapist Pediatrics Manager

 The Physical or Occupational Therapist Pediatrics Manager will be a crucial position in our clinical care, ensuring excellence in patient care, adherence to multi-disciplinary intervention, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role involves leadership, creativity, and supervision to drive outcomes, KPIs, and CBMs.

Responsibilities:

• Multidisciplinary Care Leadership with ST, OT, and PT in Pediatrics Dept
• Clinical Oversight, Compliance, KPIs and CBM
• Operational Excellence, Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
• Retention, Performance, Advancement of Staff and Management
• Only 60% Patient care time.
