JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing personal care services to patients at the facility.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Perform acute and comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment options to our patients.
• Participate in the development and implementation of company and community initiatives.
• Provide leadership to medical assistance to enhance care.
• Ensure adherence to requirements of certification with all medical licensure.
• Ensure state and federal required guidelines are received and properly maintained.
• Ensure we are meeting the company’s standards of care.
• Ensure treatment plans appropriately correlate with the patient’;s diagnosis.
• Ensure patient’s comprehension of his/her diagnosis and treatment plan.
• Grow in meaningful ways in your education and service platforms.
• Perform DOT physicals

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

Work Hours

• 32 hour work week schedule

Education and Certification:

• Prefer one year of experience working in an urgent care setting.
• Valid Family Nurse Practitioner licensure
• DOT Certification (May be secured after hire. Company reimbursement provided)
