Reporting to the Director of Provider Relations, the Provider Relations Coordinator is responsible for proactively building solid relationships with new and existing referral sources to deepen and expand our referral base. Working primarily in the field, this sales role coordinates and facilitates communication between Care Dimensions and targeted referral sources to help Care Dimensions achieve its growth and business objectives.
