Care Dermatology and Skin Cancer Centers is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near The Villages, FL

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated receptionist to work in a fast paced, growing business. The perfect candidate exhibits excellent customer service skills and be eager to learn and grow with the company.

Duties

  • Greeting all patients in a professional manner;
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Assisting patients with inputting information in to iPads.
  • Copying insurance ID cards and driver's licenses as well as several other general office activities related to a medical practice.
  • Being responsible for taking phone calls, booking appointments, checking out patients, and scheduling their follow-ups.
  • This person will also support the front office business administrators, and the Office Manager, in various operations areas and tasks.
  • Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Sanitizing and cleaning respective areas as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
