Care Dentistry Group is Hiring a Dental Treatment Coordinator Near Gardena, CA

Multi-specialty dental office is seeking a motivated and experienced Treatment Coordinator. The Treatment Coordinator needs to have knowledge in all facets of dentistry. 3 years of experience needed. Ability to start cases same day and high acceptance rate is required. Must be proficient in treatment coordination and working with the Doctor to present and sell cases. Experience in a fast paced, high producing office is required. An Ideal Candidate should be capable of completing all of the following day to day duties including but not limited to; recall, scheduling, presenting treatments, collecting payments etc. in addition to friendly, highly self- motivated, reliable, trustworthy. Excellent communication skills, customer service and organizational skills is required.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of dental office treatment coordination experience. Denti-cal, PPO experience preferred.
Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA Compliance Standards
Advanced knowledge and use of dental terminology
Able to present and close financial arrangements
Hands-on experience with basic computer softwares (Excel, word, google drive etc.)
Knowledge in finance and principles of business preferred
Computer literate / Dental software programs
Bilingual: English & Spanish preferred
