Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality dental care, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to the success and growth of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine dental examinations, including x-rays, oral cancer screenings, and comprehensive dental assessments.
  • Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and diseases, including tooth decay, gum disease, and oral infections.
  • Create personalized treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs and preferences.
  • Carry out restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and implants.
  • Perform dental surgeries, including extractions, root canals, and periodontal procedures.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care measures.
  • Collaborate with other dental professionals, including dental hygienists, assistants, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and practice protocols.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development activities.
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance.
  • Strong clinical skills and proficiency in general dentistry procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
