Our team provides 1 on 1 care in patients' homes with extensive services to provide our patients with the best possible care. This position promotes and supports the Company's core values of Compassion, a positive Attitude, Respect and Excellence.

Our Speech Therapist oversees all (home based) skilled care based off the plan of care for patients located within the Laurel, Lakeside, Richmond, Glen Allen area.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology, audiology (where offered), communication sciences and disorders (CSD), linguistics or other CAA Speech Pathology accredited program required, Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology preferred.
• Currently licensed and in good standing in the state(s) in which practicing.
• Two (2) years' experience, preferred.
• Previous Home Heath experience preferred.
• Ability to apply and analyze data as it pertains to quality and compliance metrics.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of an organization, clients and family members
• Able to travel on a regular basis.
