As a Marketing Intern, you will have a key role in supporting acquisition, social, and email communication programs. You will work with all members of the digital marketing team to assist with campaign execution, content review, and reporting. This will be a fluid and dynamic role where you will have the opportunity to be involved in many marketing channels and get to learn or be part of areas you want to learn. Essential Functions: •Supports marketing email campaign planning and execution. •Assists in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels. •Assists in the management of website content updates. •Measures and reports the results of marketing initiatives. Compliance with Laws & Regulations: •Responsible for complying with all of the Bank’s internal control policies and procedures. •Responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations to which the Bank is subject. •Responsible for communicating problems in operations, noncompliance with the code of conduct, noncompliance with laws and regulations, policy violations, or illegal acts Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or current student of marketing, business, or a related field is required. •One (1) year of work experience is preferred. Summary of Qualifications: •Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). •Previous experience with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro). •Experience using email marketing platforms such as Sendgrid a plus. •Applied understanding of basic marketing principles. •Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). •Creative problem-solving skills. •Self-starter with the ability to work independently. •Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
