• Will travel between all CarDon locations
• Ensure that nourishing and well-balanced meals are prepared and served to meet the daily nutritional and special dining needs of each resident
• Develop and implement operational methods and management systems to achieve the maximum efficiency
• Improve the quality of Dining Services
• Supervise food preparation

• Baccalaureate degree or other advanced degree in dietetics plus internship
• Registration with the American Dietetic Association Commission on Registration and license or certification by the state where he/she practices, if appropriate
• Must be registered with the State of Indiana
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment
• A passion for working with elderly residents in a caring, compassionate manner
