Job Summary

The Ancillary Services/Clinical RN Lead position will work with clinical leadership to maximize the efficiency of the staff and providers and assist in coordinating staffing, workflow, and activities of the departments where needed.Responsibilities for this position include coverage of physician practices, assisting with diagnostic procedures, utilizing procedural sedation skills in office based procedures, assisting with sleep lab clinic responsibilities and other duties as needed.

Education and Experience:Registered Nurse with cardiac procedural and sedation experience

Licenses, Registrations, and Certifications:ACLS, BLS and procedural sedation certification required.RN, Licensed in Iowa and Illinois

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exhibit organizational and time management skills
• Excels in a fast-paced environment where agility, critical thinking, and strong problem solving skills are required for success.
