A long-established cardiovascular practice located in central Florida area is seeking an experienced, energetic, and entrepreneurial-minded administrator for its rapidly growing business. The practice currently consists of 12 providers. The group specializes in consultative cardiology, interventional, peripheral vascular, structural heart, advanced heart failure, and electrophysiology care. The practice currently operates out of one large clinical space and owns/operates a comprehensive diagnostic testing center and device clinic operation. It has a second timeshare office location, and it conducts hospital-based services out of three different hospitals and an owned ambulatory surgery center.

The primary responsibilities for this leadership role are to not only to provide daily oversight for practice operations but to truly lead, envision, plan, and execute for a successful future in providing cardiac care consistent with the overarching principles of the physician shareholders and CVAUSA.

Global responsibilities will include clerical and clinical staff management duties, budgeting, financial planning, provider and key staff recruitment, operational improvement, strategic planning, business development within the practice service area, directing the digital strategy and overseeing administrative policies and procedures.

Successful candidates should possess:

• Minimally, 3-5 years of experience in leading a cardiovascular practice
• An orientation of industry electronic medical records systems and being data driven and proficient in the development of practice reporting
• Deep understanding of staff engagement and the skills to lead, mentor and develop staff and teams.
• Experience in overseeing best practice billing, coding, collections strategies.
• The ability to identify business development opportunities and partners, within the region.
• Success and experience in physician recruitment.
• The commitment to deliver excellence in cardiac care.
