scheduler/medical assistant, your main responsibilities include:

1. Performing vital signs on patients: You will be responsible for measuring and recording vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and respiratory rate.

2. Ensuring all patient exams are documented: It is your responsibility to ensure that all necessary medical exams and tests are accurately documented in the patient's chart. This includes collecting and organizing relevant medical records, test results, and imaging reports.

3. Preparing for doctor consultations: You will be responsible for ensuring that all patient information and test results are readily available for the doctor before the scheduled consultation. This includes organizing and updating patient charts to ensure a smooth workflow for the doctor.

4. Contacting patients: You will be responsible for contacting patients a day before their scheduled appointments to confirm their attendance. This helps reduce no-shows and allows for any necessary rescheduling if needed.

These tasks require attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you may also be involved in other administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and assisting doctors and nurses as n

Pay: $18.29 - $19.80 per hour
