Cardiology and Vascular Associates (CAVA) is considered as one of the premier cardiology practices in Michigan. Established in 2000, our 11 board certified cardiologists and 8 mid-level providers, provide services at 5 office locations and multiple area hospitals. Job Duties:

• Responsible for accurately pulling medical charts for all appointments.
• Places a telephone call to remind patient of next day appointment.
• Ensure all results for tests performed between visits are part of the medical chart.
• Ensures all papers are filed under the proper tab in medical chart.
• Prepares new charts by placing tabs inside file folder.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Computer skills (logging into multiple sites to obtain records)
• Medical terminology
• Phone etiquette
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great attention to detail
• Time management skills

Pay:

$15-17 an hour; based on experience.
