Roles & Responsibilities include the following:

• Assist new model projects with new model group
• Comply with all company policies, work instructions, and operation standards
• Maintain new model budgets and purchasing requisitions
• Review daily / nightly communications from maintenance, QA, and production
• Monitor plant production throughout the shift
• Support department needs within the plant
• Attend any required meeting with internal or external parties
• Return to work if available for support
• Support all departmental customer concerns as needed
• Assist with production run when requested
• Assist with new model with Kaizen activates
• Attend daily production meetings
• Attend new model shipping evaluations
• Develop tooling for new model and process improvement
• Support all departmental SQCD activities
• Plan new model activities and develop event SAP

Candidates should have good leadership and communication skills, be able to work in a team environment and have the ability to plan utilization of facilities, equipment, materials and personnel to improve efficiency.

Qualified candidates for this position should have excellent planning & organizational skills, have a strong attention to detail, have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, and be able to solve any problems that arise in a timely and consistent manner. In addition, candidates must be able to multi-task, work independently, and take initiative.
