The Implementation Manager is responsible for creating an excellent customer experience from post-sales through integration of Cardinal's products and services. The position will focus on new customer implementations of Cardinal's services, ensuring Cardinal's customers can leverage solutions quickly and effectively. We are seeking a bilingual candidate with fluency in English and Spanish to support our Spanish-speaking customers.

What You'll Do:

• Follow standardized customer implementation procedures.
• Ensure first-time solid, without-fail implementation of company services.
• Work with downstream payment service providers, card networks, and other third parties during the implementation.
• Project management.
• Lead Cardinal's customers through the onboarding and implementation process.
• Identify opportunities for technology to enhance, improve, and speed the implementation process.
• Identify opportunities in procedures to enhance, improve, and speed the implementation process.
• Assist in onboarding and training new hires in the customer services department.

What We Need You to Have:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar technology discipline.
  In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma or equivalent with four or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 1 years of experience within client management, sales, B2B, or a related area.
• 3 years of project management experience.
• Successful track record of driving results by utilizing consultative skills.
• History of building and escalating customer relationships at all levels.
• A clear understanding of the online payment ecosystem.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

• This position can be performed in a remote work arrangement for any candidate located outside the greater Cleveland area. To foster community, connection, and collaboration, it is expected that candidates within a 50 mile commute of our Mentor, Ohio location adhere to a hybrid working model. This hybrid model includes in office and work from home days each week.
